+Internal Marketing Executive

Role: Internal Marketing Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 years

No of Positions: 1

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Description

  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
  • Work with HR , marketing, and leadership to plan and craft internal announcements and other internal communications
  • Craft internal communications around new products, projects, and initiatives
  • Work cross functionally to develop and produce all-employee events, including Town Halls, Q&A sessions, and employee engagement events
  • Develop and manage ongoing internal communication strategy and execution
  • Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, social work, Human Resources or related field is required
  • 2 to 3 years direct internal communications or public relations experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications required.
  • Superior organization and project/program management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools

Role: Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years business analyst experience
  • Insurance experience including property and casualty lines
  • Understanding of and hands-on experience in claims and reinsurance
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience implementing insurance software a plus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Documenting business processes and requirements
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

Job Description

  • Insurance domain knowledge is a must; Claim Knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Understanding the approach for test design phase, writing/reviewing test cases for the test conditions mapped to requirements
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contractors
  • Host a defect triage to discuss the severity with the team and defect fixing follow up with developers
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
  • Publish the test summary report
  • Integration testing exposure would be an added advantage

+Java – Developer / Lead / Manager

+Oracle Developer / Lead / Managers

Role: Oracle Developer / Lead / Manager

Project Domain: Insurance

Experience: 2 to 9+ years

Job Description

  • Having sound coding and technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Having insurance domain experience & little bit Java FE’s experience are added advantage
  • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g/12c
  • Experience in all the phases of project life cycle from analysis to deployment
  • Writing quality technical design documents
  • Be a quick learner and adopt to product customization in short span of time
  • Must have strong debugging, SQL query (Analytical) skills
  • Good hands on experience on Procedures, Functions. Packages and Triggers
  • PL/SQL with collections, dynamic queries and data migration experience
  • Team handling skills for senior profiles is mandatory.
  • Debug any existing issues and provide prompt resolution

+Senior / Lead Business Analyst

Role: Senior / Lead Business Analyst

Project Domain: Insurance

Experience: 6+ years

Requirements:

  • Experience of 6+ years in Insurance domain
  • At least 1+ years of working onsite at client locations implementing Insurance Software solution – Added advantage
  • Expertise and experience in General insurance Property & Casualty / Medical Insurance/ Health Care insurance etc., any insurance implementation is must.
  • Good Insurance domain knowledge
  • Excellent command over oral and written English
  • Should have done Business Requirement Study directly with Insurance Company

 Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
  • Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
  • Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
  • Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
  • Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
  • Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.

+Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Role: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Experience: 9 to 15years

Job Description

  • Min 4 yrs of working experience in Insurance domain is Mandatory – depth experience
  • Expertise and experience in General insurance Property & Casualty / Life/ Non Life / Real / Claim / Automobile/ Health Care insurance etc., any insurance implementation is must.
  • Good experience in Project Management / Program Management in Insurance Software delivery related projects.
